What these checklist terms mean

These notes explain the activity types without turning every checkbox into a wall. In-game, start vehicle side missions from the correct vehicle using the Sub-Mission control listed in your PC controls menu.

Saved toggle
Paramedic

Get into an ambulance and start the ambulance side mission. You pick up injured people and return them to the hospital. Level 12 means the twelfth ambulance round, not your player level. The run must be continuous for the infinite sprint reward.

Firefighter

Use a firetruck, start the side mission, and put out burning vehicles. This route asks for 20 fires on each island. They do not need to be done in one continuous run.

Vigilante

Use a police vehicle, start Vigilante, and chase down wanted criminals. This route asks for 20 criminals on each island. Doing it early avoids hostile gangs turning the streets into a mess.

Taxi

Use a Taxi or Cabbie and complete passenger fares. The 100 fares are total career fares, so they do not need to be consecutive. Finishing them unlocks the Borgnine Taxi.

Hidden Packages

Small collectible packages hidden around Liberty City. Every 10 packages unlocks a safehouse weapon pickup, so early packages make later combat much easier.

Rampages

Timed challenge pickups that ask you to kill enemies or destroy vehicles with a specific weapon. A rampage only counts once it is completed successfully.

Unique Jumps

Stunt jumps at specific ramps or launch spots. They count only when the game awards the unique stunt jump bonus, so repeat a jump if the confirmation does not appear.

Import/Export

Vehicle delivery lists. Bring the requested vehicle to the correct garage or crane. Some vehicles appear twice in this route as early opportunities and final audit items; checking either copy updates the same saved item.

Payphone Missions

Side missions started from ringing phones. They count toward 100%, and some are easy to forget because they unlock between main story missions.

Why the order matters

Some story missions make gangs permanently hostile or give them stronger weapons. This route clears side content first unless a story mission unlocks a reward that makes cleanup easier.
